You have a lifetime free assistance on your PUNTOPELLE purchases, please feel free to contact us each time you have some issues at info@puntopelle.com.

Keep your leather jackets away from the heat and humidity, they can damage the skins Use a delicate cream for leather jackets to polish or clean once a year or two.

You have a lifetime assistance on our garments for any issue or damage can occur. In case the garment has a rip, we can fix it. We have a service to pick up your jacket, repair and ship you back with the minimum charge. Before you ship back your jacket we will send you a DHL form by e-mail. This form contains all the information about your address and about the jacket.

Don’t worry, all our garments are treated and water resistant, you can hang the jacket on a hanger and let it dry away from the heat and direct sun rays.

We accept credit/debit cards, Apple pay, PayPal and cash if you purchase here in the shop. In the shop online section on our website, you can choose any form of payment indicated. If you need to pay by bank transfer you can e-mail us at info@puntopelle.com with all your bank account information.

Yes, we have it. The tax-free form is available only for extra European community countries. We use Tax Refund company and Global blue as well. You can benefit of the service only if you take away the garment with you once purchased in our store. You can get from 12 to 16% refund out of the total amount back on your debit/credit card once you get at the airport. We will give you the tax-free form once the payment is done, you must show it to the company desk at the airport before check in. Once you show it to them, they will credit the amount on your card.

Shipping is included in the price, no additional charges.

We will provide you the FedEx or DHL tracking number to track the shipping.

No refund is possible on custom jackets but if there are any issues on the fitting, we will fix them all on our charges including the shipping back and forth expenses.
